ORDERS & DELIVERY

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Most items are made to order. UK delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri). Orders placed before 1 PM (GMT – London) are processed faster.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free standard UK shipping on all orders. No minimum spend.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at this time. For special requests, please contact us.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped. Didn’t get it? Contact us at info@ceekaytradersuk.com.

Q: My order shows delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
A: First check with neighbors or your local depot. Still missing? Contact us within 5 days of the delivery date.

Q: Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
A: Changes are only possible before dispatch. Contact us ASAP if needed.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return window from delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Q: Are there any items I can’t return?
A: Yes. We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items

  • Certified pre-owned products

  • Items bought for one-time use (e.g. events or trade shows)

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email info@ceekaytradersuk.com with your order number to get return authorisation.

Q: Do I pay for return shipping?
A: Yes—unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover return costs.

Q: How will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are issued in GBP (£) to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM

Q: My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What now?
A: Email us on the day of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll sort it out quickly with a refund or replacement.

CANCELLATIONS

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes—if it hasn't shipped. If shipped, follow our standard return process.
